What is Beyond Menu?

How do I use Beyond Menu?

You can search for local restaurants in your area by putting your address, town, or zip code in the search bar.

What is the difference between Beyond Menu and other services?

Beyond Menu exclusively works with local independently owned restaurants. You won’t find any national or chain restaurants here. Just the best food from your community restaurants and low prices. Because Beyond Menu charges less than other services, the savings are passed on to you in the form of lower fees and menu prices.

Why are there only a few restaurants to choose from in my area?

New restaurants are coming onto Beyond Menu all the time, but if there are relatively few options in your area, there are a few ways you can help. Contact us and let us know and we’ll do our best to work with the restaurants to get them online. Or you can ask the restaurants themselves to sign up with Beyond Menu when you dine with them next!

Ordering

How do I place an order online?

Ordering with Beyond Menu is super simple. Search for restaurants in your area (you can search by address, city, or zip). Click on the restaurant you’re interested in ordering from and you’ll be sent to their menu page. Select the items that you want and add them to your cart. Feel free to customize them! Choose whether you want pickup or delivery and at what time (ASAP or at a specific date & time). Then place your order! You’ll be chowing down before you know it.

Does Beyond Menu charge a fee?

We try to save everyone money while still providing a great service, so you will be charged a small convenience fee for your order. This fee is much lower than you’ll find on other platforms and helps save your favorite restaurant money by covering some of the expenses needed to keep our service up and running. We try to be as transparent as possible and you can find any fees added to your order in the order cost breakdown under “Fees & Taxes”. You may also be charged a delivery fee if you choose delivery to cover the cost of labor, gas, insurance, etc.

Where is my order?

Thank you for placing an order on Beyond Menu! Your receipt will have your order number, order type (takeout or delivery), order placed time, and requested time. The requested time is the estimated ASAP time for your order to be ready for pickup or delivered.

Mobile App

Is the Beyond Menu app free?

Yes! The Beyond Menu app is totally free to download and use. Placing an order costs some money though, but we’re foodies and we think it’s worth it.

How can I turn off app notifications?

Open the Beyond Menu app on your phone. Select the 3-dots in the bottom right of the screen. In the menu select “communications”. This will allow you to manage communications across your entire account. To turn off app notifications specifically, you will want to toggle the switch off in the top box labeled “Push Notification” & “Offers & Recommendations”

How can I manage my email preferences?

There are three ways to manage this:

  1. If you use the app, you can open the Beyond Menu app on your phone. Select the 3-dots in the bottom right of the screen. In the menu select “communications”. This will allow you to manage communications across your entire account. Scroll to the section labeled “Email” and there you can toggle the different email communications on & off.
  2. On the web, click the account icon (little person) in the top menu bar. Select “Communications” from the menu. The communications screen will allow you to manage all communications for your account. Scroll to the section labeled “Email” and you can check or uncheck the various email communications you would like to receive.
  3. Lastly, every email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You can click unsubscribe in marketing email and that will take you to the unsubscribe page to remove yourself from our mailing list. This will not stop transactional emails such as receipts from going to your email though, but it will remove you from any marketing email lists.

My order was canceled, when can I expect the refund on my card?

You should see the refund on in your payment method account within 3-4 business days.

Does Beyond Menu take credit cards?

Yes, you can pay with the credit card of your choice on the Beyond Menu platform. You can even use Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal

Can I pay in cash?

Some restaurants do support a cash option. During the checkout process select “Pay at Store” and you can pay cash upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up your food.

Does Beyond Menu offer discounts?

Many restaurants on the Beyond Menu platform offer coupons and discounts to their diners. When you search for restaurants near you, you can use the search filters to only show nearby restaurants with coupons. The coupon itself will be displayed directly in the search results and on the restaurant's menu page.

Beyond Menu prides ourselves on saving both you and the restaurant money. Because we charge restaurants such low rates for our service, we are unable to provide Beyond Menu platform discounts but encourage you to take advantage of the many coupons our restaurant partners offer. Happy deal hunting!
