Again, food was paid for through Venmo to Helen Chan. Showed driver her name in Venmo with payment of $30 for food and his tip. He kept saying. “Where is the sign? You paid through Venmo before?” I wish the restaurant would put PAID on receipt to avoid this confusion because my 1 year old granddaughter and the dog were trying to get past to run out due to this time consuming situation that could be avoided at restaurant.

Paid Helen Chan on Venmo. Convient being I never keep cash on me or in house. Wish drivers knew that it is paid for on Venmo with their tip. When show them proof in Venmo they are looking for restaurant sign instead of Helen’s name.🙄

I always enjoy my Chinese food when I order it from Island Park Chinese! I love their Honey Boneless Ribs. Island Park is the only Chinese restaurant that has both Boneless BBQ Ribs AND Honey Boneless
