Amazing food for the price. My favorite roll is the Sun Roll- if you’re new to sushi but want something close to the texture, try the sun roll! Smoked salmon, cream cheese, and avocado- it’s delicious

Ichiban is my favorite restaurant in Tuscaloosa! The food is fresh and delicious. The only sadness I have is the fact that they are closed on Mondays and Thursdays!
