I placed my order and received a confirmation email at 6:34 pm. I got to green tea close to 7 pm and was told my order had only been in their system for 10 minutes and that I had to wait. It took almost 45 minutes to receive my food.

Bento box was broken and the teriyaki shrimp sauce had leaked at the bottom of our bag, also never received a text when food was ready waited outside for 40 mins until I figure it had to be ready

Clear soup didn't taste like restaurant soup. More like bouillon cube (very strong!) w/ a few green onions tossed in the bowl.

Order was not correct. California rolls were supposed to have soy paper. I went back and double checked the order I submitted and it was correct there. Also the dressing for the salad was not correct.

All was excellent except the kung pao chicken. The chicken was way overcooked. The rest of the kung pao was very good. We have eaten here for many many years and will continue to visit.

The beef negamaki was very tough and fatty tonight. It is usually very good and tender. Couldn't eat about half of the double order But I know it happens sometimes. I still love you guys!
