What stands out about this place, is the rice. It's so pillowy and soft. The beef is tender, broccoli is crisp, and sauce is flavorful without being overpowering. Lost a star with the drink. Ice scoop lives in the ice when it should sit outside of the ice. I watched the employee take my card, run it, and then dig in the ice. Not good.
