It seemed that the driver didn't realize it was paid for and I think he also thought he wasn't tip'd. You really need a tracking system like doordash.

Your app doesnt tell you when the food Will be delivered. ASAP could be 2 hrs!! My notes in Special Directions weren’t followed. Food was good, but the scallion pancakes were oily.
