Our last order was really late. An hour past expected delivery time. While frustrating, Chen’s was extremely apologetic and took a significant percentage off the bill. Great customer service.

The rice was either undone all the way or old either way it was hard. And filled with shrimp in a combo. The platter was shoved all into one package. The shrimp chow mein was ok but something was off about it. Overall food was okay at best.
