Placed order for 5:15 pm delivery. Paid 3$ service fee and 7.24$ tip. Food arrived 4:25 pm almost an hour early. When I called to say what gives and complain, reply was sorry didn't see that on order. Asked for delivery fee back, answer No.

Food is hit or miss, I feel like every time I go in here is new ownership...very inconsistent...Always try new stuff...yonight, scallion pancakes soggy and awful, immediately tossed in trash; my food choices were very average tonight
