Worse experience ever with Kim's. Food arrived an hour late. It was cold. Wrong items and missing items in order. Subpar all the way around. Tried calling was told first call it was on the way. We tried calling as it got later and later. No one answered no way to leave a message. 45 minutes later we got our order

My food was delivered to the apartment building across the parking lot and apparently left there. When the resident returned home, he came over to my building and brought my order. The food was no longer hot.

I ordered Kung pao shrimp and received chicken. My shrimp egg rolls had no shrimp. A lot of $ for incorrect order. I did go ahead and eat what I got, and it was good. I will give them one more chance

Food had great flavor and was quite warm. However I was disappointed in the portion size considering the price. Especially the sesame chicken dinner. Very small portion. Otherwise very good.
