I've noticed that my total doesn't match when i pick up my food. It's always like $10 more than online total. This seems weird, all prices seem to add up when i do the math but yet when paying at restaurant it's always more. Not too happy about that.

I placed my order online at 11AM for a 12:30PM pick-up. I checked in at 12:35PM and was told my food wasn’t ready. I checked again at around 1:15PM. Still not ready. I checked a third time at 1:35PM and let them know that I’d been waiting for an hour. In that time, multiple individuals who had walked up and ordered (larger orders than mine) had received and paid for their food. Additionally, every other person who had been waiting there with me in that hour received their order. When she told me again that it still wasn’t ready, I left.
