I also placed the order at 9am to be ready to picked up by 1pm. I arrived shortly after 1pm and my order was not ready. They rushed it and missed several items. Very dissatisfied

It was a chaotic experience. Food wasn’t ready when I came in. Customers were crowding the front desk because their orders were wrong. My order was mistakenly given to someone else. Very unorganized!
