Buddhist Delight was an outstanding vegetable-only option that fit in with my diet goals AND provided a delicious meal as if I had chicken or beef in it- the veggies were cooked yet still nicely firm. Scallop Mountain appetizer is AMAZING and I will order that again as well. Delivery arrived in about half an hour (I am 3.7 miles from the restaurant) - food was nice and hot. I will order from Easton Asian Bistro again.

The food and service were amazing! Ordered for pick up and it was ready 2 min after I got there. I ordered the honey chicken roll, potstickers, Tokyo roll, and sweetheart roll. Everything was absolutely delicious and prepared beautifully! We will definitely be back!
