Left without food. Worst customer service ever. 2nd (and last) time I’ve left without food, or even being acknowledged. How does an Asian restaurant make you wait for rice? This place started out great, sadly they will be closed by the end of the year if they don’t get someone in there that understands politeness and good customer service.

Spring rolls were to peppery and pineapple chicken was so over cooked chicken was crunchy but breading was soggy like it sat a long time although we picked up promptly. Rest of the food was great!

Food was full of flavor. Better than average. 1 Star missing for crab Rangoon not being very crispy at all and a little chewy. Awesome flavor though!

The cashew shrimp was wonderful! Loved the variety of vegies & plenty of shrimp! Have always had excellent food when visiting Sakura.
