The food was excellent as always. The fly in the ointment was that the packer was careless and left something off our order. Then when it was pointed out she offered no apology at all. She simply said, “it will be ready when you come back.” Then she told my roommate that if SHE had answered the phone, SHE would have just hung up on me! Really? Everyone apologized for your mistake EXCEPT YOU, and YOUR choice of response would have been to HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER? Really glad Leona is not the owner or manager- I shouldn’t be surprised she screwed up our order- when my roommate went the first time, she had to remind Leona that she needed to pay for it!
I love this restaurant. I hope they don’t let one careless and arrogant employee ruin their otherwise sterling reputation!
