I presented my order number to the girl at the counter and told her I placed the order on my computer, she had no idea what I was telling her, she handed me a menu and said what do you want ? What good is having a computerized ordering system if employees don't understand how to use it ? Will try it again another day hopefully the next person will understand how computerized ordering works.
