Order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Waited over an hour in the restaurant for my pick up order. Half the food was cold. Second time this has happened here. Will not order again.

The chips are not the same as they were before. They taste the way i imagine old cardboard would taste. Salsa is watery, not flavorful either. The shrimp and rice portion was 1/3 the size it use to be. It didnt have queso like it was before. It had decent flavor, but the portioning was just pathetic. Carnitas Fajitas were described as "disgusting" after the person spit it out. They didn't eat another bite, and gave it all to their dogs. Tacos were "sooo good" according to the two kids that ate them. Enchiladas got a solid "mmmm". The beans were actually cold. Choco flan was delicious. We have had problems with this place before and stopped going there. Decided to go give it another chance, i am not sure that it was a good idea.

It was 2 hours waiting for our food.

Order never received by Kitchen, waited at store for 50 minutes before finding that out. Got the food after waiting awhile longer, then get home to find the Poppers were only room temp!

The food was delicious - however it was wrong and late. A group of us placed our online orders around 12:30pm for a 6:30 pick up. Shortly before pickup time a text was received saying it would not be ready until 6:45. Upon arrival to pick it up, my meal had not even been submitted to the kitchen to prepare. The kitchen completed my meal - however once we got home and opened it, the shrimp I paid an additional $3.29 for was not included. The manager was less than helpful to provide a discount or even coupons for a future visit. What should have been an easy order placement and pickup wound up causing our dinner to be 40 minutes late and incorrect. Very disappointed in Red Habanero's service on this one. No bueno.

A little disappointed this time regarding my order. I arrived about 10 minutes after my requested order time. My order was not ready. There seemed to be some confusion by the staff about my order. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes before my food was ready. When I got home...I HAD NO TORTILLAS FOR MY FAJITAS!!! However...the food was good. I just poured my steak and toppings on a plate and dipped my tortilla chips in it. That was my dinner...

Time for pick up was messed up, had to wait 10 minutes for order that should have been ready when i walked in.
