Placed my order at 6:31 went to pick up at 6:45 didn’t get my food until 7:55 & when asking for a refund while waiting was told No due to them having to make me a slice Of cheesecake. Will not be back

Yakatori unavailable so that was disappointing but California Roll and Gyoza were great. No complaints about the rest of our order. even with the replacement of Hawaiian Rolls it was ready on time.

Tru the stuffed jalapeno. It's the hidden gem of the menu. It's a spicy tuna roll, crossed with an old school jalapeno pepper drizzled with sweet eel sauce. Awesome.

Tokyo Steakhouse is a fantastic place to eat - friendly staff and very delicious food! But sometimes in our busy lives, we don't have time to sit and eat, so we order take out. I have done this numerous times, and they always have our order ready timely and it's always correct - and yummy! I highly recommend all of their food!

I love that I can order online, and select my pick up time! I have ordered from Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse many times and my food is always ready when I get there, and the people are so friendly! The food there is FANTASTIC!!

I order on line and it is ready when I get there to pick it up. it is always fresh and tastes good. They will accommodate orders (like when we request only mushrooms as the vegetable and when we request white rice instead of fried rice)

Ive been here 5 times in the last 6 weeks, I loved it everytime. This time I did the order online and take out, by the time I ordered it, drove 5mins to get my order and get home, everything was already ready when i stepped foot into Toyko, everyone was so nice and everything was still piping hot when I got home. I haven't had a issue each of the times ive been here either dine in or take out. I will for sure be coming back again soon, thanks guys!

We love Tokyo! We have eaten there many times and have gotten take out many times too! We've eaten sushi, hibachi, and teriyaki and the food is ALWAYS great and fresh and the service is great too! Totally recommend!!

Love this place! It has a friendly atmosphere. Surprisingly quick for how great all the food is. Still haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but we haven't found anything that we wouldn't order again.

We LOVE this place. First time getting takeout. We waited about 8 minutes for our food but we had left to pick it up fairly quickly after placing the order. The Snow Mountain and Dancing Dragon are our favorites. Anything with Unagi is going to make me super happy.

Would have been 4 but it took an hour to get food to go. The app said 20 minutes and it was over 60 minutes. I tried to call to see how long and they would not answer the phone.
