Long Hing Kitchen

When my food did not arrive an hour after I placed the order, I called the restaurant and it seemed as though it had not even been made and the lady did not see the order. She went over it asking if I wanted anything else and if that was it. I asked if it was already on the way and she stuttered saying "uhh" and then said yeah two minutes. About 30 minutes later my food arrived. 3 stars cause this has been my go to restaurant since I was a kid. The food is usually really good but the General Tso's Chicken was soggy and not crispy like normal. Everything else was good though.
