Sweet and Sour shrimp was almost burnt which made the shrimp shrink up to almost nothing on the inside.

Did not prepare our food in advance. Because we were a new customer. I understand this to some extent, but was not advised this would be the case and defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. Shorted our order 1 appetizer and fortune cookies. Food was excellent.

I enjoyed my food from Great Wall. Egg Foo Young is one of my all time favorite dishes and they have always prepared it well. I crave both it and Lo Mein so I am happy to have it available, just wish they delivered like they do in Wichita.
