By far, my favorite Chinese takeout. Best value, for sure. The food is delicious and a lot less expensive to the others in my area. They even read the special instructions. Food arrived 15 minutes early and piping hot.

The General Tso's chicken was pretty good as usual. Unfortunately, both my wife and I felt like the pork fried rice was disappointing. The overall flavor was bland and lacking compared to previous orders. Also, my wife thought the ribs were unusually sweet and noticed clumps of granulated sugar in the bottom of her dish, almost like the sauce hadn't been cooked down properly. She also felt like they were thin/didn't have much meat on them. Their egg rolls are always delicious.

Overall the food was delicious! The egg rolls were better than others we've had from other restaurants in the area as were the Bar-B-Q Spare Ribs my wife ordered. The ribs were actually tender which seems to be uncommon at other places for some reason. The Kung Po Chicken chicken was good but not exceptionally better than others I have had. Also, the pork fried rice was delicious but not necessarily as stand out delicious as the items noted above. The only thing keeping this from being a "5 star" review is the lack of communication from the restaurant. Other places we've ordered from through BeyondMenu have called to confirm our order and give us an estimated time for delivery. Golden Wok did not call. I ended up calling about 40 minutes after our order and the restaurant confirmed that it was received and the driver was on their way. All in all we received our food about 50 minutes after ordering which is acceptable, but it was little nerve wracking not to hear anything from the restaurant until I called. I would (will!) certainly order from them again as the food was excellent.
