China One's food is consistently good. The serving sizes are generous. Orders are ready quickly, always on time and fresh. The staff is courteous, efficient and friendly. China One is the only place we go for Chinese food in Lakeland. We especially like Shredded Pork, Vegetable Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken and Eggplant with Garlic Sauce

Food was good and timely. The chicken dish however tasted like it was made from yesterday's chicken. It was tough and stringy though the sauce was tasty. That dish was a disappointment.

Yummy! Very healthy and low fat meal. The chicken is so tender it almost melts in your mouth. Veggies are crisp skin tasty. The brown sauce makes it taste even better. I was a little disappointed they didn't include Chinese noodles though.
