Usually the preparation of everything is impeccable. Today, they ignored instructions to make Steak and Shrimp Combo Dinner with "light soy sauce." It was laden with soy and too salty to enjoy. Very disappointing.

Tempura was COLD (except for 1 of the vegetable pieces, a slice of zucchini that was recently fried) and TOUGH, as though the shrimp and chicken pieces at least had sat for hours after cooking before being packed up with a couple of fresher veggie pieces. All the other food was fine, though.

Didn't text when food was ready, chicken fried rice was awful! Just chicken & rice, no veggies, no flavor. All food was ice cold. Very disappointing.

Sushi is normally great but the roll fell apart. Very disappointing. The chicken katsu had no sauce with it. Good flavor but incomplete.

I loved how easy it was to place an order & the food was ready in just 15 minutes.. it was packaged beautifully & tasted great!! I’d recommend this place & take-out certainly didn’t disappoint!!
