Am repeat customer but first time using the app, and it's Xmas, so not sure if my experience is the norm. Thought I'd be notified via text, nope. I did mark to add chop sticks nope. Actually no utensils. I did p/u so asked for sticks. A+ on order!

Fast service only downside of ordering on this app is you can’t pick your side when ordering an entree ie white rice, lo mein or fried rice for an extra charge but the plus side is no convenience fee.

I placed the order online to be ready within 15 minutes. They didn't do anything with the order until after I got there. I still wound up waiting about another 15 minutes. I could have that without ordering online. Also, that was by far the worst War Wonton Soup I have ever eaten and I've eaten a lot of that soup.

Food was delicious but when i opened the bag one of the lids on a cup of soup at the bottom was partially melted, and the entire bottom of the bag was wet. I couldn't eat that soup because it had part of a melted plastic lid in it
