Order mix up with a Sarah Negril. Basil rice had no spice and I wanted my friend to try it because she loves spicy and another friend raved about it. My order was perfect as per usual. Awesome rice but less than stellar experience for my friend.

Food was great but wasn't ready when I got to the restaurant 30 minutes after placing the order. The server told me it's almost ready but the look on his face said they hadn't looked at my online order. I ended up waiting anther 20 minutes for food.

Beyond menu needs to do better about forecasting time for completion of food. I was informed food would be ready at 821pm but got there @825 and waited for another 15 minutes.

The food tasted exceptional!!The only issues are that; 1. The vegetable fried rice is more like just friend rice! You could count the pieces of vegetables in the rice. You could do better to match the name - add more vegetables. 2. The shrimps - add a bit more to match the extra $3 please. Thanks!
