This was our go-to Chinese restaurant for years. But the past 5 times the delivery has been so long. Today we’re on 1 hour and 40 min for 2 combo platters. Ordering out is supposed to be easy

Food was great. My only complaint is that I placed my order online and paid about an hour and a half in advance with specified time of pick up. When I arrived, the food wasn't cooked yet, so I had to wait an extra 15mins when I got there. There was no apology or explanation for it, no discount offered or anything extra offered as compensation. It was freezing and I had my child with me. We expected to just pick up our order, sign, and leave. I do recommend the food but I do not recommend ordering online.

I have used Hop Hing before and they've always been good. I placed my order online for the first time. this worked very well. the food was delivered hot and fresh very quickly. I did miss talking to a live person on the phone but I do like having a place to type special instructions.
