I ordered and paid for chicken chow mein but got vegetarian. Order below shows chicken but my receipt from Chus shows vegetarian. Very disappointed. Also house lo mein had very little meat… 2-3 shrimp, one big piece of chicken and one big piece of beef/steak.

I had to put the Mongolian Beef dish straight into the outside trash can. It honestly smelt like my kids dirty diaper and I could not bring myself to eat it. I would have taken it back if I had time.

Ordered boneless rib tips but received bone-in rib tips. The restaurant sent a replacement but you may want to check your online menu as I selected boneless and it showed as boneless on my receipt. But on the restaurant receipt it printed as bbq rib tips. The restaurant isn’t able to tell the difference. Please update your system.
