Titan roll was disgusting. No flavor, soggy, and has imitation products in it. The facility charges for sauces, but doesnt list them when you try to order until You arrive to pay and price is more

One of the lone places on Bell road that isn't guaranteed to be a horrible eating experience. If we don't go here or Angelos, we will drive to Sam Ridley rather than be disappointed on a Bell option yet again. Kirin's food is always good.

My order was misread and they prepared shrimp instead of salmon on accident. When I told them I am allergic and cannot accept the shrimp, they went above and beyond to replace my order quickly with salmon. I was offered a complimentary drink to make up for the delay. Outstanding customer service!! Once I got my food it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning.

It was a very quite experience as I walked inside. Unfortunately, no one was there to greet me until a server had to finish with her guests in front of her. The rolls were great for the price but a little smaller than usual. I highly recommend getting the California Roll! Also, ask for extra soy sauce since they give you small amounts for To-Go orders.

Order was fresh as I was ready to get it. I had an item that was left out and I confirmed with my email confirmation, and it was right out. Cashier was nice. Very small and dark though.

Our take-out order was quickly prepared and it was attractive to view. It was more of a pleasure to eat it and enjoy the flavors. The sushi chef at pick-up was finishing my order. He was friendly and the sushi could not have been more fresh. The woman who rang up my order was also very personable. This was our first experience with Kirin Sushi and I look forward to the next.

The food was great and was ready exactly on time (I ordered for pick up). The proportions were a little off - it felt like it was very rice heavy and did not have enough meat for the price (I ordered the hibachi) But I still would eat here again.
