Horrible service. Placed order at 6:30 would be ready at 7:20 and it is now 8:00. All they can tell me is it’ll be ready in a couple minutes, which is not true. No discounts or anything offered.

Wouldn’t know about the pad si ew because they gave me some bland udon noodles. I called and person on phone was argumentative. I was put on hold then told they’ll call me later. Mistakes happen, it’s how it’s addressed. Shame because foods food.

The edamame was cold. No big deal as the order took longer on the pick up then it was estimated. We figured maybe they were steamed first. What did weird me out a bit was that a good amount of the edamame had nothing in it. There were no beans... Everything else was awesome. I love the tuna & crispy rice apps. I tried the four bites... delish! Wasn't sure how to eat them and they were yummy! The Nachos were to die for.

Our order took almost 2 hours. The order was incorrect. The sushi was missing ingredients and was very poorly put together. The rolls were falling apart. The hot food was ice cold.
