Thought I was getting teriyaki chicken on a stick, got cold and saggy poorly defrosted chicken meat.Instead of offering an equal substitute for almond cookies they forced old sour chocolate moose cake. 24oz sodas are the same price as almond cookies

Delivery was 15mins behind. Bourbon chicken box was broken when opened bag. Both dishes were cold upon arrival. My fried rice was very very dry even with the bourbon sauce on it.

We live about 6 min from the restaurant driving. After an hr and a half I called and was told our food was on the road. After another half hour they arrived with my food stating that when I called they hadn’t even started my food yet!!!!! LIARS!!!! Not only that but we were told our food was fresh and it wasn’t!!!! It was soggy and chewy and some of my chicken was even cold!!!!! I got the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and it tasted like someone literally just reheated some leftovers!!! With the food half cold and half warm not even hot at all it was pretty disgusting and disappointing!!! If that chicken was cooked in a fryer then obviously their oil temp is too low and they don’t know what they’re doing!!

This restaurant is normally amazing, but today they didn't give me my side of rice, took an hour and a half to deliver and when I called, I got rushed and hung up on. Very sad about the quality I received today. Will think twice before ordering again

Most of my order was tasty but incorrect. We ordered fried rice as a side and received white rice; still tasty. The entree's get a 5, the sushi a 3, and the order accuracy gets a 3.
