Very poor customer service. Order was over 40 mins late and could not even get the lady at the front to answer me or tell me how much longer. Ridiculous. I have been voming here for several years, and this place has gone downhill bad.

The food is okay not amazing but edible enough. My biggest complaint was that I was told that my order would be done in 30 mins when in fact it took an hour and 30 mins. Just be truthful so people can decide if that works for them or not.

Took over 90 minutes for delivery. Egg rolls were blackened from burning. The rest of the food was good, but call a customer if the food is going to take so long!

These folks are almost always spot on. They were short handed on New Years Eve and we had a slight mix up on the order but in general, service is spot on. Food is always great!

First time disappointment but only because they really skimped on the sauce that goes over the shrimp. I got one small cup that covered about 4 shrimp. Irritating! The Bubble Tea was an awful experience. Gross!
