Employee who called was rude, talked over and down to me, and changed my order. Also 2 ducksauce for 3 egg rolls and 2 shrimp toast is ridiculous, especially given extra was requested.

Chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Shrimp egg roll had barely any shrimp. Overall, meal was inedible. Would never recommend eating here. Poor customer service when contacted about uncooked food.

I've always ordered from this place. Normally, it's a 5 out of five but today the quality of food was horrible. The cheese sticks was not firm and mashed together. The fries were greasy the chicken. I didn't receive any chapsticks or soy sauce.

Our food was not even cooked all the way! Runny sauce and uncooked. So disappointed. It's Saturday night about 8pm and I am not sure why they would deliver it this way. I've ordered many times and have never had a bad experience.
