This restaurant has never let me down, their cooking is consistently delicious. Their portions are generous, there’s plenty of good protein and veggies with their noodles, and the flavor is top notch.

Food is always good but anything I order through beyond menu just like with any other ordering app takes longer versus just calling the actual store to order. Also it says in beyond menu that they're closed Sunday and Monday but they're open 7 days.

Usually very happy with Great Tso. This order was disappointing. It took 1.5 hours for delivery to arrive. Ordered Vegetable Chow Mein but received Chop Suey instead (not even similar dishes). Kung Pao Chicken was good but had cashews instead of peanuts (not a major problem but definitely prefer/was expecting peanuts). Crispy Noodles and Spring Rolls/Shrimp Egg Rolls seemed like the moisture from the heat in the bag had made them soft. Will order from Great Tso again but this order was below what I've come to expect from them.

We enjoyed the food there but the delivery time is ridiculous. It's always at least an hour or more. They did not package up the dipping sauces for the chicken fingers or the fried dumplings. Kind of ruins the whole meal when you don't have those dipping sauces this is not the first time it has happened

The staff was very friendly and the food was good. They did give us a pint of Lo mein by mistake instead of the quart that I paid for and although I chose delivery online, the staff thought I ordered for pick-up. I think "beyondmenu" is the problem and seems like a shitty service, but I would highly recommend Great Tso.
