And again. Just brought my client(she is very ill with cancer she cant drive or walk) with her delivery and theres only 3 fortune cookies for her 8 children. I ordered 2 bags of fortune cookies with the order. I was never told that you do not sell fortune cookies by the bags. This is disappointing that I need to find a Chinese restaurant that both my client and I like the food and will get an order correct.

Only 2 stars, hoping to change that in the future. I had ordered 2 big bags of fortune cookies. My client had 8 children at her house and wanted to give them at least 2 fortune cookies each. That's all they can eat from a Chinese restaurant. They cannot have msg.. When I picked up my order, the clerk said both bags were in the bag. When I got to my clients house and opened the bag, there were only 6 fortune cookies. The children didnt get any fortune cookies because there wasnt even enough to give 1 each. They were so upset after waiting couple hours for me to complete my errands for my client but waited patiently. I was never told that you dont sell big bags of fortune cookies and I've never heard of a Chinese restaurant that doesn't. I could go to another establishment. The problem is though, your food is outstanding. I love your food and do doesn't my client. So I'm a bit confused.

Moved to Plymouth 1 year ago and have been going to Hanover for Chinese food until now. After two visits to New China we are converted. Love ordering on line , very easy and convenient. Sauce for Egg Foo Young a little greasy and bland

The food was great but I requested NO MSG and received a phone call to let me know that the PuPu platter did contain a small amount of MSG. I had the order delivered anyway but probably won't order from there again. I have been to other Chinese restaurants over the past few years that have eliminated MSG use altogether with no difference in the quality of their food, in my opinion. My other issue is that they do not accept credit cards when ordering delivery online. I cannot recommend their food because of the MSG issue.
