Le China has great food, and I will be back, the problem I had was the way my order was processed. I knew fully well that Christmas Eve would be a busy time for this location, so I used the online ordering to place an order over 2 hours before I wanted to pick up the food. My thought was being proactive would have saved me time. Instead when I got there 5 minutes early I discovered although my order was received it was ignored until I showed up and only then did they start preparing the food. It was actually slower than if I had placed my order at the restaurant when I arrived since the hostess ran around trying to find my order in the kitchen for 5-10 minutes before hand.
So instead of getting in and out I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food.
The hostess was apologetic and I do feel she was being genuine, but the overall experience was unprofessional.
