The person from the day did not inform the person from the afternoon that an order for 4:45pm was placed. I had to wait a while to get my food but it was delicious and the wait was not too long.

Got delivery. Tipped 20% in advance. Food came quick. Delivery guy pretended I didn’t tip him and showed me a receipt for $19. Then I showed him my transaction for $23. Then ate the food and got sick!

I have never been disappointed ordering from here. And for someone who usually gets sick from asian food, I never do when I order from Koi. The girl at the counter even took the time to remove each thing from the bag to make sure they didn't forget anything. Great place!

Eta was 45mins. But we waited over 1hr. Most of the food was lukewarm only the soup was hot. We ask for hot oil and hot mustard in the little cups, I even called just to make sure but they did not put any in our bag. The taste of everything was average. I’ve had better before at this same place. Maybe they change chef.
