I'm giving 3 stars. Here is why. 5 stars for my food was delivered on time with nothing missing, but 1 star for disregarding what wrote about NOT knocking on my door or ringing my doorbell. I had a reason and it upsets me that my request was ignored.

We have been ordering from here for over three years. We have tried other places but keep coming back to East Wok. Love their wonton soup! Also delicious is the Singapore pancit, chicken with garlic sauce, chicken chow mein & crab rangoon.

We've ordered from East Wok approx once a month since they opened. They're among the best in VB. Pros: quality of flavor, large portions, cooked to order, menu variety, due diligence in service. Cons: rare but inevitable issues common to foodservice.

Pros: The food was accurate and hot and most of it tasted good. Cons: It took over an hour and a half for it to arrive. The soup and chicken wings were not the greatest.

I ordered the lobster lo mein. It had large chunks of lobster which was a pleasant surprise. I also had wonton soup which was tasty and hot. Lastly, I had crab rangoons. The only thing about those was the tops were too crispy, so I couldn't chew them. I still ate all of the softer part though.

The mongolian beef and the beef fried rice were great, however the Chicken Pancit was pretty tasteless, and the egg rolls had a very weird texture.
