Spring rolls are a must. Hunan Chicken and General Tso's Shrimp always a favorite. Hong Kong is one of the best.

always order from this restaurant but did not like their ribs. They have the best steamed dumplings. I had a regular chinese deiliver i used to use but their food changed and was not up to the quality it used to be. The deliver is excellent, very fast and always have what i need. My only complaint is again, their quality changes from time to time and can only guess is it depends on who is the chef that day. Otherwise, most times its excellent but they are not open on Sundays.

Hong Kong is fast and clean, however I looked it up and chow mein is supposed to be noodles, which I thought was what I would be getting, not rice like I got. The accompanying chicken looked to be boiled and it was in a bland sticky clear sauce. There was no menu description besides the title. Overall this is pretty Americanized oversweetened Chinese food. If you're okay with that it's a good price, but there are definitely better places in Charlottesville.

I guess I always wish for less breading and more meat on the SS chicken and GT chicken. It may simply be my taste and the dishes are prepared as should be. It would be good to have more shrimp/ but over all very tasty. GREAt fresh brocolli . thank you

I asked for extra spicy Szechuan Shrimp but they were not spicy at all. The food was luke warm & the egg rolls were not crunchy. Usually the food is still hot by the time we get it home. I'll still order from them I just wish they'd step it up a bit.

The Szechuan beef was not spicy at all. No green onions in the won ton soup and the fried noodles were greasy. Not up to their usual standard tonight. Very sub par food.
