I've been eating at the China Express since I moved down the road from it three years ago. It used to be a great local spot for Chinese and Japanese cuisine but the quality of the food has gone steadily down hill for the last year. Our food was nearly inedible. My General Tso's chicken tasted more like spicy rubber than anything else, and my wife's Teriyaki chicken tasted old as well (despite the restaurant being extremely busy when the order was placed (around 5:30 pm). The egg rolls were most definitely different from any other time we had eaten there. They were tough, tasted as if they'd been nuked in the microwave, and just overall....well, "blah." Sad to say, but this was my last visit to the restaurant as the three visits prior to this trip were sub-par and below average compared to the competing Chinese restaurants within a three mile radius of China Express. Sorry guys.
