Was really excited for the Lotus Scallops. The dish was described as scallops SAUTED in a garlic sauce. What I received was fried scallops on a bed of cabbage. Very disappointing.soup was delicious

I have been in Hoover for 3 years and could NOT find really GOOD Chinese Food...UNTIL Beijing Express left a flier on my door! They are SO friendly, just the sweetest people! AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! I'm SO happy they are so close by and THEY DELIVER TOO!!! They are SO precise in their packaging of your food....it's truly unreal in this day and time of delivery! Quick delivery, good taste...must admit that I was a little thrown off by the lo mein, which was essentially Chinese linguine (literally the noodles were linguine noodles). Perhaps they do it differently here, but the beef dumplings and chicken teriyaki were excellent.

We ordered the Mongolian Beef and Sesame Chicken for entrees. They both tasted amazing, really enjoyed the beef. The lady who delivered the food was really sweet and actually showed up ten minutes earlier than expected time. Great food!!!
