Delicious dinner, arrived hot. We loved the twice cooked pork, first time we ordered it, we opted for light spice, and it was still spicy enough for us. Family has enjoyed everything we’ve tried!

I find the food at The Dumpling House to be the closest authentic Chinese next to Chinatown in NYC. Their many fresh noodle dishes are so flavorful and they manage to keep the noodles soft but not mushy or overcooked, so the noodles absorb any sauce they are mixed with. The dumpling selection is large, with a few that are not seen in this area, so do try the appetizer dumpling list. The best part? Everything is very reasonably priced, although you wouldn't know from me, since I tend to order multiples of the dumplings.

The only thing better than eating at the dumpling house is having them deliver. The restaurant lacks personality and is BYOB. They deliver fast and the food is great. Pork Dumplings with Chili sauce is awesome. The fried chicken with bones is great. If you are into box choy, this is the place!!!! Delivery is fast and easy.

The fish and tofu dishes were excellent. My husband had the Dan Dan noodles and he said they were awful. He also had the rice cake with pork and it was terrible too.

BEST CHINESE FOOD IN CONNECTICUT! Well worth the drive to either pick up for take out or eat in). Their soup dumplings are fabulous. Other dumplings and shumai are just as good! Love their wonton soup (broth is wonderful) and so is everything else!
