Amazing sushi! Best quality in SCV for sure! Just be sure to leave about an hour for take out orders if you order around the dinner rush! Quality takes time! :)

Best sushi in the area. I moved here from San Francisco and after trying almost every sushi place around here, I had pretty much given up to find a quality place that doesn't make giant rolls with insane amounts of rice and nothing but disgusting imitation crab mix inside. I was so excited when I saw the Achita menu with scallop sashimi and ankimo among other fresh fish options. I ordered 10 items from the menu and everything was so delicious and fresh. Most rolls feature fresh fish inside and out, which is what sushi really should be. This is our go-to sushi place from now on. ❤️

The rice was not right. Too much seasoning and it was rather mushy. If the rice isn't perfect it is hard to enjoy the sushi. Sorry. This is the first time I wasn't pleased with my order.
