Food arrived over half an hour past expected time. I’m fine with having to wait but don’t tell your customers one time and then have the food show up nearly 40 minutes past estimated time!!!

Ordered from them 3 times already. Every time they deliver, it always takes them over an hr! Today it took almost 2 hr called them at the 1 hr 30 min mark and they said the food hasn’t left yet! OMG!

Waited well over an hour for the food to get here, called the location 2 times to find out where the driver was. The first time I was told 10 minutes the second time (15minutes later) was told he was on my street. food was not nearly as good as usual

Love Moon Stars food, but the service is horrible. Waited two and half hours for my delivery. Never got a call,had to call them and wait another 20 mins for my food! Very disappointing!

The food we got was very good. However, we didn't get the order of Roast Pork with Mushroom nor, any sauces which we would usually get such as, duck, soy, hot sauce etc. I didn't call about this, I'd rather not purchase from them again. That's just me.

Love the food here, everything we’ve ordered is always great, not greasy or excessively salty. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars was because after ordering the food via BeyondMenu, it took an hour and forty five minutes to be delivered.

This is the absolute best Chinese/Food in Ansonia. Hands down or rather hands out because I want to place an order right now. I can not believe I wasted my tastebuds elsewhere as I have literally seen the exterminators in other restaurants in town. I know my Chinese food and I would travel towns over before I tried Moon Star. I am happy I tried this place and only wish I had sooner. The Mala Chicken is a great spicier version of the General Tso's and I wish they would put it on the Lunch menu but I am happy getting the large portion as well as the taste of the General Tso's when I am looking for a little less spice some days. The boneless pork is so tender and juicy. Best fries in town and when I vary up different tastes in the area I will make sure I don't settle for less elsewhere and I place a quick pick up order. The Chicken w/ Broccoli is amazing. I grew up trying that from many places and there was never really much flavor but this chicken is full flavor. The pork fried rice isn't hard and tasteless it has a great flavor to compliment each dish I've tried as I expand to the whole menu. The dumplings are great as well as the sauce that makes a dumpling perfect. I've tried a good portion of the menu and you can not go wrong here. It's great to see there is more than just one perfect dish they specialize in. I am not too far and don't mind picking up my orders but when I have them delivered their delivery driver is always on time and courteous. If I didn't have this app I'm not sure if I'd have tried Moon Star but I am happy I did after all of this time and in knowing my meal is just a click away. I know what I'm ordering tomorrow.
