Driver demanded tip, not too mention the last time I ordered they stole my money telling me an hour afterwards the close changed hours and was closed… I live around the corner

Food was great, however I was charged a dollar extra for no apparent reason. Also, delivery driver was hesitant on giving back change, wanted to keep it as a tip.
