I scheduled a pick up time of 5:15 pm, arrived at 5:20 pm, and my order was ready and waiting which was great. However, it seemed like it had been sitting there for a while because it was not hot when I got home. I live 5 min away. The people were very nice and I would go back again, but I may have to adjust my pick up time to make sure my food is hot.

They provided plates, plenty of plastic silverware, and the usual duck/soy/mustard. They delivered to my hotel much faster than I expected. The food was okay, not bad, not great. But overall I treat the experience as excellent.
