Had to call after an hour of waiting. Was told that it would still be another 30 minutes before my order arrived. I asked why such a long wait and was told to come pick it up if I didn't want to wait 30 minutes. Food arrived hard and cold.

This my 3rd time getting a food from Oriental Express and we've never had any problems. This place is close to our house and its my BF's favorite local chinese. I think the food is average to above average take out for Chinese. It's very easy to order from here and the portions are large. I received a steamed chicken and vegetable meal and had so much leftover, I was able to make a soup from it that lasted 2 days! I would say that their white sauce is VERY salty and was almost inedible for me to use. But beyond that, I'd recommend.
