Very good food

I have never had an issue with this restaurant before until today and I have been ordering here for over a year. One of the frozen Yogurts was not to the taste of my expectations, it had no mango flavor or marshmellow flavor. It tasted like absolutely nothing and when I called to explain my frustration I was given an EXTREMELY rude attitude. Whoever answered the phone was not trying to appease the customer as all restuarants should. His only excuse was because of the fact that he made it and knows what is in it. There were also things that were not on the menu that I asked for and I was just given what they felt was the next best thing that this man felt was equal to what I ordered. That move was very dangerous considering all items used are made with different ingredients and I could have been allergic. This man was very unprofessional and had no customer service excellence what so ever. He made my experience with the restaurant unforgettable in the worst way and I am not sure if I feel comfortable ever ordering from here considering how rude the service was. All the delivery drivers are always so amazing but the service behind the phone call that took place was one of the worst that I have ever experienced. A simple apology and/or remake of the order what have sufficed nicely.

Incorrect order delivered

Took over an hour to arrive and they forgot the salad dressing🙄

Did not get fork plate and napkins as requested and food wasn't hot

Delivery driver was rude, called me to tell me he was at my apartment with my food but told me I needed to hurry up and get down there because he was running behind. Very disappointed

It is disappointing when you get an order confirmation with no estimated time, and then your order never arrives. You also receive no notification that your order will not be fulfilled. Zero stars.

Order was ready on time and order was correct. Froyo here is very good and there are many options to personalize yogurt to your tastes.
