I have been to this restaurant in person and have ordered takeout by phone many times over the past 20 years, but this was my first time using BeyondMenu. It was convenient, but not sure it did what I needed. I requested several items to be VERY VERY VERY spicy and none were. I requested EXTRA pancakes with my moo shu, but instead I got NONE. Several items I ordered were out of stock, but they did substitute them when I called to check pickup time since my order was so large at $150 with the 20% tip, despite my asking them to call me. When I arrived they realized that one of my items was cut off at the top margin so they had to make it (although I am glad they QC'd that at least so I was not missing a whole order). All in all, it was an okay experience, but next time I will just call and place my order live.
