LOVE the food! Two suggestions:(1) We ordered ASAP. We didn't receive any ETA or updates. (2) Would like a prompt to order rice. Used to either come with the food or there was a prompt to ask what kind of rice we wanted. No prompt this time.

Food was excellent. Beyondmenu.com was not. I picked one restaurant, they sent order to it's sister restaurant, which I didn't pick because I never heard of that area. I called the restaurant where the food was, they offered to bring it to my house at no charge. Very nice ppl, great food. This was the Newberry Park Exotic Thai restaurant.

Ordering online was easy, there are areas to write notes, in my case due to medical issues, cannot have onions. I was able to write that request in and save the note for the next time I order. The food was ready and delicious. We had fried rice with meats, spicy pork belly, which was spiced just right, and wantons. The Thai tea with boba, was wonderful. Great place to order from and friendly staff.

When we went to pick up the food (20 minutes after ordering), the restaurant had not received the order from Beyond Menu so they had to scramble to make the order. Food was outstanding but not the best system for ordering. Next time, I will call the order in.

The food was good but the restaurant said they never received the order - we had timed our order to be picked up on our way home after a long travel day, so this was quite disappointing and inconvenient. We went home and had to run back out, and the restaurant didn't offer any restitution which I would have thought would be standard customer service when a mistake like that is made.
