The food was fine, but they got my order wrong. The person I spoke to at the restaurant told me to keep the item they gave me wrong, and they will send my correct item. I had to wait over a half an hr. When the new driver finally came to my home, he was rude in the phone and when I opened my door, his first response was “where’s the other item?” No apologies or anything. I explained to him his colleague told me to keep it since you guys made the mistake. I gave him the previous item and told him he needs to learn good customer service and that I will be calling BM. I paid them well and tipped well. I won’t be ordering from them again until I receive an apology.
