Missing 2 orders of miso soup. Kani salad was made with SPICY mayo after specific instructions were given NOT to use SPICY mayo - was inedible. Edamame was unsalted. Shrimp fried rice was glued together in a blob and was cold... very disappointing meal and this was not the first time that our Sakura order was incorrect. Probably won't order 'to-go' again.

99 times out of 100 the food is great. Today they forgot the rice but we will still go back since the beef negi and fire island is too too delicious. We will just verify the rice is in the bag ;-)

The sushi is delicious. Generous pieces of fish. However, we ordered ours online and they forgot a roll when we picked it up. They said they could not do a refund and they will just have to make it right for us if/when we come in to the restaurant.

Very delicious, but they didn't read my notes. I asked for no ginger and no wasabi but they still gave me ginger. I don't like it and when I take it to go it ruins the taste of the food I ordered.

Everything was great except the rice when I come in and you guys cook it on the grill it's the best rice in the valley but ordering it to go was awful but other than that the food was great and I will defiantly order to go again jut not the fried rice

I live past Middleton and will make the drive for this restaurant any day, they were fast and the sushi was excellent! The raw fish ontop of the rolls were great cuts and the cooked rolls were amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

I'm very impressed how well the food was packed for carry-out! We ordered a lot of separate items and everything was packed superbly well. The soup didn't leak, the rolls were carefully arranged and tightly packed. Also delicious, as always. Great great food.

The sashimi bento box was good as always. This is the first time I ordered the chicken katsu box and I won't order it again...it was a mistake to order a fried dish to go...it was cold and soggy by the time I atw it and du to the lemon wedge placed on top all the chicken tasted like lemon, which I didn't like. I also didn't like the katsu sauce...however the rest of the box was just as yummy as usual. I do recommend the salmon and beef teriyaki highly
